TSR are looking for a Traffic Marshall Gateman to start work on a busy construction site in the Shrewsbury area starting ASAP.  Key Responsibilities: Direct vehicles and plant equipment safely around the site. Maintain site access control, logging in/out all vehicles and visitors. Ensure delivery vehicles are safely guided onto and off-site. Communicate with site operatives and delivery drivers to coordinate movement. Monitor and manage the flow of traffic to prevent congestion and accidents. Conduct basic security checks and ensure unauthorized access is prevented. Follow health and safety procedures at all times. Keep the gate and surrounding area clean and clear of hazards.
