HGV Class 2 Driver / Loader Location: Longcliffe, near Brassington, Derbyshire Dales (DE4 4HN) Pay Rate: £15.74 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm Contract: Temporary with strong opportunity to become permanent Start Date: Immediate We are currently recruiting for 2 HGV Class 2 Driver / Loader positions based at the Derbyshire Dales Serco depot in Longcliffe. Key Responsibilities Drive 26-tonne and 7.5-tonne refuse collection vehicles as required. Carry out daily refuse and recycling collections safely and efficiently. Assist with refuse loading when required to support the team and complete collection rounds. Complete daily vehicle and machinery inspections, reporting any defects before and after use. Use in-cab technology and mobile devices to record collections and complete paperwork in real time. Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and equipment.
