On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Building Construction Project Leader to join them on an initial 12-month contract basis. As the Building Construction Project Leader you will be responsible for setting up and leading CAPEX projects from inception and feasibility, through to design and specification and final handover. Role: Building Construction Project Leader Pay: £40 per hour via Umbrella Contract: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, 12 months Location: Newport IR35 Status: Inside SC Clearance: BPSS Responsibilities Develop, update/manage and monitor a project delivery plan.
