A client within the Public Sector based in Leicestershire is currently recruiting for an Asset Surveyor to join their Strategic Property Services Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, permanent position, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a property/asset management or surveying environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to support the Principal Asset Surveyor in optimising, rationalising, and proactively managing the Council’s property portfolio to achieve best value, maximise income, reduce costs, and support wider corporate objectives.
