I am currently recruitng for a Senior Site Manager to work for one of my main contractor clients on a project in Cardiff. Works will include window replacement, roofing works, ceilings, partitions, concrete repairs, mechanical works and scaffolding, all on an existing building. Reporting to the on-site project manager, you will take resonsibility for a section of on-site operations. Previous experience of working for a main contractor on similar projects is ideal. You will also need to have SMSTS, First Aid and a relevant CSCS card as a minimum. Idealy you will have used Procore software previously as well.
