A client within the Public Sector based in Greater Manchester is currently recruiting for a Disrepair Case Manager to join their Housing Services – Disrepair Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a housing or property services environment. The Role Key purpose of the role: To manage and progress housing disrepair and personal injury claims in line with the pre-action protocol for disrepair, ensuring statutory compliance, minimising financial risk to the Council, and safeguarding the health, safety and wellbeing of tenants.
