Assistant Site Manager - Freelance (Southampton) Duration: 3 weeks Start: ASAP Location: Southampton We're seeking a reliable and hands‑on Freelance Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a student accommodation project in Southampton. Role Responsibilities Support the Site Manager with daily site operations Supervise trades and subcontractors Assist with site inductions, permits and H&S paperwork Carry out site checks, snagging and progress reporting Help maintain a safe, tidy and compliant working environment Requirements Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role Strong understanding of construction processes CSCS essential; SSSTS/First Aid desirable Good communication skills and ability to work independently when required Rate Competitive day rate (weekly pay) If you're available immediately and interested, please get in touch
