About the role: This job is for a Carpenter who has a good general knowledge of commercial and domestic buildings. In your duties as a Carpenter there will be statutory checks in line with Approved Code of Practice (Building Regulations, HBN & HTM). You will be expected to work on your own initiative as well as working within a team. You will need to possess knowledge of building structures and fabric as well as fire compartmentalisation and fire door maintenance including planned preventative maintenance (PPM)....
