Job Title: Dynamics 365 CCaaS Developer Location: Luton, UK (Onsite) Contract Type: Contract (6 months) Day Rate: £425 per day (Inside IR35) Overview We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Service and CCaaS Developer to support the ongoing enhancement of a recently implemented contact centre platform. This role will focus on extending capabilities, improving integrations, and delivering scalable solutions across customer service and omnichannel environments. This is an onsite role based in Luton, working on a high-impact transformation programme.
