I'm currently supporting an insurance client of mine who are looking to bring on an ITSM Business Analyst on an initial contract till the end of the year with scope of extensions. The role is fully remote and sitting inside IR35 with my client being able to pay up to £525 per day. he role focuses on supporting the transition of multiple entities to unified global ITSM processes and platforms, ensuring service stability and regulatory compliance throughout the onboarding process.
