Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71
We are recruiting for an office-based Customer Support Advisor to join a busy, customer-focused team in Warrington. This position is offered on a temp-to-perm basis and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an organised, process-driven environment with opportunities for long-term progression.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer requests
Process orders, service updates, and administrative information within internal systems
Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate customer records
Liaise with internal teams to support issue resolution
Follow established processes to ensure compliance and service consistency
Assist with a range of general administrative tasks
