We are seeking an experienced Business Rates Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of our Business Rates service on a remote basis. This role requires strong technical expertise, proven leadership capability and hands-on experience of Civica Open Revenues. The Role You will be responsible for the effective management of the Council’s Business Rates function, ensuring accurate billing, strong collection performance, statutory compliance and high standards of customer service. Working remotely, you will provide professional leadership, performance oversight and technical guidance to the team.
