They are looking for a dedicated and customer‑focused 1st Line IT Service Desk Engineer to join their Central IT Team. You'll provide responsive, high‑quality technical support across our offices and schools ensuring colleagues are equipped with the tools they need to deliver exceptional outcomes for the children and young people we support.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries across the organisation
Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests, providing timely updates to users
