Income Officer – Early Intervention Liverpool Temporary Part Time - 14 Hours An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Income Officer / Early Intervention Officer to join a busy Customer Accounts team, supporting early intervention arrears cases and delivering high-quality customer service within a fast-paced housing environment. THE ROLE You will be responsible for managing lower-level arrears cases, ensuring timely intervention to maximise income collection and support tenancy sustainment.
