P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently looking for a Customer Care Associate on a part-time, temporary basis, located in Lowestoft. Main Responsibilities: * The first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive world-class service. * Handling sales orders, manage delivery requirements, resolve technical queries, and support our sales team. * Keep up to date with product information and use a CRM system to add critical data. * Process and input orders by email and telephone. * General office administration (scanning, archiving, filing etc).
