A Charity are seeking a CRM Specialist to help manage and support their Dynamics CRM platform. The CRM Specialist sits within the Product & Platforms function , part of the Digital, Data and Innovation team in the Organisational Effectiveness directorate. The team ensures that the data and systems are secure, efficient, and support evidence - based decision -making across all directorates. The postholder is responsible for maintaining data quality, coordinating imports and exports, improving CRM functionality, and providing technical support to colleagues.
