We currently seeking a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker for our client in Leamington Spa on a 3 month contract to start ASAP. The rate of pay will be negotiated between £21-23 an hour. This will be Full Time Contract, Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00. As a Recovery Worker you will be required to: * Supporting service users from point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recovery journey; * Providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning and onward referral; * Reducing alcohol related harm to service users and the wider community; * Promoting carer, service user and community involvement; * Providing advocacy for access to partnership services; * Working with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promoting recovery, resilience, peer support and self determination. An Enhanced Adults and Children's DBS will be required for this position

We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative!     Key responsibilities would include the following:  Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.   Make outbound customer calls to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.  Monitor and achieve KPIs related to customer service performance.   Use internal systems including Sharp to manage customer information and service records.  Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel with a high level of accuracy.  Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.  Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership of tasks.  You will need a keen eye for detail, as well as a problem-solving head to ensure all issues/queries are dealt with in a timely manner.  Previous customer service experience is preferred.   Full training is provided....
