IT Support Engineer – 6-month contract – Dereham My customer is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer that will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues across a Microsoft environment, supporting users up to 2nd Line level, and taking ownership of the complete Joiners, Leavers and Movers (JLM) process. As you'll be supporting both office and manufacturing users, this role requires someone who is happy working on-site, moving around the business, setting up equipment, and carrying out physical deskside support when required.
