Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Administrator (Temporary Contract)
Duration: 2- 3weeks (with potential extension)
Working Pattern: 3 days per week - ideally Monday, Tuesday & Thursday (possibility of additional days)

About the Role
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Administrator to support our team on a temporary basis. The role focuses on administrative support and handling customer enquiries from Spanish-speaking clients. You will receive an introduction to the product and guidance on the types of questions to ask in order to accurately respond to customers and process their orders.
This position centres on customer service and administration rather than sales.
