End User & Onsite Support Specialist** (Contract)

Location: London/Hybrid (3 days per week on site)

Role Purpose
As a Desktop Support & Technology Bar Analyst, you will provide 2nd Line IT support across the organisations desktop environments, including Microsoft Windows, Citrix Receiver, MS Office, and various line-of-business applications.
Your role is vital in ensuring that our non-trading floor environments run smoothly, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly to maintain productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Bar Support:Serve as the first point of contact for IT inquiries at the Technology Bar, assisting colleagues with walk-up and email requests.
Incident Management:Answer calls, create tickets, and escalate issues as needed to ensure effective resolution of IT incidents.
