£12.71 per hour weekly pay
Monday to Friday 10.00 to 15.00 with flexibility

My client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage the following :
* Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
* Proving accurate information regarding the services
* Resolve any customer issues
* Document customer interactions and feedback
* Process payments
* Order processing and tracking
To be successful in this role you will require :
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work flexible hours to cover holiday and sickness
* Good attention to detail
* Experience using customer service software and Microsoft Office
* Good problem solving skills
