We are looking for an experienced Deskside / Field Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support across user devices, office locations and vehicle technologies. Role overview You will deliver 2nd line support for desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers, AV and basic network connectivity, ensuring issues are owned through to resolution and closed within agreed SLAs.newtab The role involves regular travel to remote sites and working in both BAU and project-based environments as part of a wider IT operations team.
