Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Customer Services Operations Lead for a Local Authority Client in North London.
In this role, you will lead Customer Services, enabling staff to deliver seamless, resident-focused support across all channels while driving continuous improvement.
Duties:
Lead day-to-day customer service operations across all channels.
Support and develop the operational workforce.
Drive improvements in processes, technology, and performance.
Monitor and report on service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
Proven experience in leading customer service or operations teams.
Strong knowledge of multi-channel service delivery (face-to-face, phone, digital).
Experience driving process, performance, and service improvements.
Skilled in managing staff, performance, and stakeholder relationships.
