We are looking to recruit a Council Tax Officer to join our Revenues service and support the effective administration of Council Tax on a remote basis. This role is ideal for someone with experience working in a local authority environment and strong working knowledge of Northgate (NEC) Revenues systems. The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Council Tax accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance with legislation and high standards of customer service. The role involves working closely with colleagues across Revenues and Customer Services to support billing, collection and recovery activity.
