Our client is a market leader within the Medical Equipment industry; they’re looking to recruit a Technical Service Coordinator to cover maternity leave for 18 months. This role is to provide support to the business core accounts to deliver timely and professional customer service to the customers who call into the Customer Support Centre to deliver a seamless consolidated service for their technical and product enquiries. The ideal person will have a solid background in handling/responding to customer calls and emails. You will have exceptional relationship building skills, with customers and partner suppliers of parts and equipment.
