Role: IT Specialist (12 Month FTC) Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 Location: Basildon (5 days on site)   A UK-based organisation is seeking an IT Specialist to support its day-to-day IT operations and local technology environment. The role provides hands-on 1st and 2nd line support, ownership of incidents and service requests, and involvement in local IT initiatives and improvement activity.   Based 5 days per week on site in Basildon, the position supports primarily local users with some wider UK coverage as required.
