My client is offering the chance to work directly on an active programme of refurbishment and structural change projects within a professional Facilities Management environment, giving you the opportunity to see your CAD work make a real impact. As a CAD Technician, you’ll use your 2D CAD skills to produce and amend layouts supporting office refurbishments, wash-room projects and wider facilities works. You’ll work closely with the FM team to interpret existing building plans, accurately reflect changes and contribute to projects from the drawing and documentation perspective, with occasional site visits adding further variety to the role.
