Warehouse Supervisor Location: Northampton Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30 Friday: 07:30 – 12:30 (Early finish!) Breaks: 30-minute lunch, 10-minute tea breakPay rate: £14.79 / £30K Role Overview To ensure the effective and smooth day to day running of the warehouse including ensuring the team accurately receive and distribute goods around the warehouse, picking the items for despatch, while working in an efficient and systematic manner. All areas within the warehouse are worked on a rotating basis as and when required. There are 4 key systems that need to be managed and maintained by the Supervisor. Health and Safety rules and regulations need to be maintained and complied in. The supervisor needs to ensure that KPIs and SLAs are met or escalated when they cannot be.
