We are seeking car parts pickers to join a well-known automotive company. This is a long-term ongoing role with two shift patterns available: - Morning Shift from 07:30 am to 15:30 pm, Monday to Wednesday and 07:30 am to 15:00 pm on Thursday and Friday. - Afternoon Shift from 12:30pm - 20:30pm Monday to Wednesday, and 12.30 - 20:00 pm on Thursday and Friday The pay rate is £12.32 per hour. Overtime is paid at time and a half after 39 hours (at £18.48) On the afternoon shift there is a shift allowance of £43.18, paid weekly. Breaks are paid. Responsibilities include: - delivering KPI targets (productivity, quality, GIR, Health and Safety), - maintaining housekeeping standards and supporting the team leader and the area's operations. Operatives are expected to learn and operate MHE regularly once trained.
