About the Role
We are currently recruiting passionate and reliable SEND Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across a range of primary, secondary, and specialist schools. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work while making a meaningful impact supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a variety of SEND needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD)
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities
Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development
Implement EHCP targets and behaviour support strategies
Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Adapt to different school settings and student needs with confidence
