Temp School Receptionist/Administrator. Bolton. Immediate start! ** a recent enhanced DBS must be in place to be considered** An experienced School Receptionist/Administrator is required to provide short term support at School in Bolton. Duties will include; * Front desk based, answering incoming calls and meeting greeting visitors and issuing passes * Liaising with pupils and parents face to face and over the phone * Updating student records * Responding to email correspondence * Any other admin tasks required. Previous experience working in a school would be advantageous but not essential. To be successful you must be a strong administrator, professional and available for an immediate start. YOU MUST HAVE A RECENT ENHANCED DBS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE
