Job description Experts at Hand Lead (SEND Reform) – Predominantly Remote We are seeking an experienced Experts at Hand Lead (SEND Reform) to lead the mobilisation and implementation of an innovative SEND support model within a Local Authority. This fixed-term opportunity will play a key role in shaping the graduated response, improving inclusion across mainstream settings, and delivering better outcomes for children and young people with SEND. Working closely with the Head of SEND, Principal Educational Psychologist (PEP), Integrated Care Board (ICB), and wider education and health partners, you will establish a sustainable multi-disciplinary model that strengthens early intervention and supports schools through collaborative working.
