Tradewind are working with a school based in the South-East area of Birmingham whoare looking for a caring, resilient and enthusiastic Family Support Worker or Pastoral Officer to join our team from September 2026. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning. Working as part of our Inclusion team, you will support students who may be struggling with behaviour, attendance, emotional wellbeing or engagement in school.
