SEMH Teaching Assistant – Full-time, long-term temporary and ongoing role starting March 2026 with potential to become permanent

Support pupils aged 11–16 with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours
Work 1:1 and with small groups in an alternative education provision
Help pupils regulate emotions and re-engage with learning
Build positive, trusting relationships to motivate hard-to-reach learners
Assist with personalised learning strategies and behaviour plans
