We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Specialist to support neurodivergent teenagers, including those with autism, ADHD and learning differences. The role involves providing personalised support, facilitating social and life skills development, and working closely with families, educators and other professionals to help young people thrive socially, academically and emotionally.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by empowering teenagers to build confidence, independence and the skills they need for adulthood.
This role is directly linked to EHCP funding and is therefore offered on a fixed-term contract for one term in the first instance.
