Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Inspector to support ongoing civil and marine works in the Essex area. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-profile infrastructure project, where you will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with design and quality standards.   Please note that, depending on project requirements, there may be a need to work additional hours, including evenings, nights, or weekends. Night shifts are currently operated on a rotating roster, typically following 12 days on, 2 days off pattern, which may include working one weekend in every two. BMS Service Engineer Contract 3 – 6 months London & M25 We are offering an accomplished BMS Service Engineer £38 - 45 per hour (outside IR35) to join a well-established Controls company on a contract to cover London and the M25 area. This is an initial 3 – 6 month contract with potential to extend further. The BMS Service Engineer position:- As a BMS Service Engineer, you will need to demonstrate exceptional technical understanding of BMS, in particular Trend control systems.   Your duties will include carrying out service and maintenance on BMS Control systems along with small works.  You will be expected to work independently using your own skill and initiative as well as part of a larger team of engineers when required.
