This is a Monday to Friday role, offering a stable working pattern within a professional building environment. The Fabric Engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across the site, ensuring the building is maintained to a high standard at all times. Duties will include general building fabric works such as painting and decorating, basic carpentry, patch repairs, door and lock adjustments, minor plumbing tasks, tiling, ceiling tile replacement, and general handyman duties.
