M&E Asset Surveyor – Schools Contract Birmingham | Contract | Immediate Start   We are working with a leading property consultancy to recruit M&E Asset Surveyors for a major schools surveying programme across Birmingham.   This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term contract delivering Mechanical & Electrical asset verification and condition surveys across a portfolio of educational facilities. The survey data collected will support asset management, lifecycle planning and future capital investment programmes.   The Role You will be responsible for carrying out Mechanical & Electrical asset verification and condition surveys across a range of school buildings, identifying and recording M&E assets while assessing their condition and remaining lifecycle.
