Senior Product Engineer Belcan seeks an experienced Senior Product Engineer for a 12-month Inside IR35 contract in Pitstone. The role involves leading engineering work packages for the development, validation, and industrialisation of smart motor and power generation technologies. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver robust, manufacturable solutions aligned with cost and weight targets. Oversee and approve design solutions; support design reviews per client governance and product introduction processes.
