Maintenance Engineers - TEMP to PERM £32,000 pa rising to £33,000 on probation My client is a food waste processing company based in Rushden, and they require a Maintenance Engineer, (Electrical or mechanical) on a temp to perm basis. The role is to maintain the plant using the most cost-effective work methodology resulting in the highest up time possible. The role is to work within company work procedures and protocols and to adapt to the ever-changing circumstances. The ideal person will have worked in a similar an environment (such as Water) and have 2 years + experience of pump repairs and maintenance routines. You will also have a some industry related qualifications or working towards them and experience such as NEBOSH, confined spaces, working at heights, PLC controls etc. You will also need a full driving license and ideally a Telehandler license, but training will be given if necessary.
