Commissioning & Systems Completion Lead Position Type: Contract Location: Northumberland Categories: Engineering, CQV PM Group requires a Commissioning Lead will be responsible for monitoring the Principal Contractors (PC) commissioning process and execution of the scope being HVAC, mechanical, electrical, data, BMS, Business Technology (BT) and utility/sprinkler systems. The role ensures systems are commissioned safely, efficiently, timely and in compliance with Project URS, GMP, GxP, FDA, EU GMP, and project-specific requirements. The Commissioning Lead acts as the primary interface with the PC between construction, engineering, CQV, Business Technology (BT) and quality assurance personnel. The commissioning lead will also liaise with client operations/BT, and equipment vendors to assist in the delivery of operational and validated systems from installation through start-up and handover. MMEDIATE START At Engineering Direct Ltd we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and run the installation of hygiene, water, steam condensate pipework on a Utilities site which will put into place using a crane. This role may also require you to be hands on so previous experience is essential. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS * It is essential that you have previous experience of Project Managing * It is essential that you have previous hygiene pipework knowledge * Previous experience of the installation of water, steam and condensate pipework * Must have worked in Engineering for a minimum of 2 years * Must hold either a MEWP or a Telehandler licence RATES * Monday to Friday * 50hrs+ a week * £40/hr * Minimum of 6 months This project is an excellent opportunity for someone based local to the North East region.
