Our client, currently delivering an HVDC Interconnector on the South coast as part of a long term project, now requires a Site manager to act as Contractor Representative. This contract is outside IR35 and expected to last until around 2030.   The Role   Using the site team, direct and supervise all site-based activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, approved design, programme and quality standards. Monitor progress against the programme, proactively resolving local issues to maintain productivity and reporting any deviations from the programme. Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) Location - Suffolk Rate - £340 per day (Inside IR35) Duration - Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all temporary works activities in accordance with BS 5975:2019 and project procedures. Maintain and regularly review the Temporary Works Register. Coordinate with designers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure safe and compliant temporary works solutions. Review and issue Temporary Works Design Briefs and ensure designs are adequately checked and approved. Manage the temporary works design process, including design changes and approvals.
