Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a 14 month contract, based in Hartlepool This rolls falls OUTSIDE IR35 Role Overview The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in the commercial management and administration of the Wind Turbine Package within a major offshore wind project. The position will be responsible for monitoring, recording and reporting project commercial/contractual activities with a strong emphasis on claims management, Extension of Time (EOT) assessment support, and quantum substantiation. The role will primarily focus on the identification, tracking and substantiation of project events and their associated cost impacts, supporting both upstream claims towards the Client and downstream claims involving subcontractors and suppliers.
