Listed below are the responsibilities this role will be primarily responsible for: The installation, repair, maintenance and servicing of mechanical and plumbing appliances and/or systems to drawing, specification or as instructed including where applicable electrical connections. Attend to out of hours emergency call-outs on a rota basis.
