We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Loading Shovel Operative to join our  clients team in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a loading shovel, alongside carrying out a variety of general yard duties to support daily site operations. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong work ethic, commitment to health and safety, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Operate a loading shovel safely and efficiently in accordance with site procedures. Load and unload materials into vehicles, hoppers, stockpiles, and processing equipment.
