Your new role
Provide project finance administration and support to Project Managers.
Set up projects by extracting relevant information from client contracts or proposals and accurately entering data into the accounting system (e.g., contract values, budgets, scope, fee types, payment terms).
Verify or update project rate schedules and ensure mark‑ups and invoice templates align with contract requirements.
