MULTI-SKILLED BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER (MEP) Local Authority Role THE ROLE We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer to carry out mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing (MEP) repairs and planned maintenance across a range of local authority buildings including schools, children’s centres and other public facilities. The role includes reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance, statutory compliance testing, and minor installation or renewal works. You will diagnose faults, identify solutions, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards.
