About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Administrator to support a busy logistics and supply chain function. This role is key to ensuring the smooth coordination of shipments, accurate documentation, and effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely collection and delivery
* Prepare, check, and maintain logistics documentation (e.g. delivery notes, invoices, consignment notes, and import/export paperwork where required)
* Liaise with transport providers, freight forwarders, and couriers to arrange shipments and resolve issues
* Monitor delivery schedules and communicate any delays or discrepancies to relevant stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records within logistics systems and reports
