Plant Maintenance Engineer - Temp to Perm My client is a food waste processing company based in Rushden, and they require a Plant Maintenance Engineer, (Electrical or mechanical) on a temp to perm basis. The role is to maintain the plant using the most cost-effective work methodology resulting in the highest up time possible. The role is to work within company work procedures and protocols and to adapt to the ever-changing circumstances. The ideal person will have worked in a similar an environment (such as Water) and have extensive experience of pump repairs and maintenance routines. You will also have a variety of industry related qualifications and experience such as NEBOSH, confined spaces, working at heights, PLC controls etc. You will also need a full driving license and ideally a Telehandler license Hours of work are likely to be 40 hrs per week Monday to Friday.
