Highways Projects Supervisor based in East Sussex. Reports to: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager Experience Experience supervising site teams or subcontractors in highways, civils, public realm, paving or similar infrastructure environments. Experience using RAMS, task briefings, permits, inspections and daily records to control site delivery. Experience working in a client-facing or public-facing environment where communication, customer impact and stakeholder confidence are important.
